This award-winning property was designed by Border Oak, who constructed the superstructure and envelope, with Kircher Building Services providing overall project management, installing the piled raft foundation, completing the internal fit-out and the hard landscaping.

The bungalow is now home for the clients, who designed the interiors and landscaping themselves, making this a worthy winner of the LABC Best Individual New Home award. It is vaulted throughout, making the space seem much larger and really showing off the oak framing of this very pretty cottage.
