Project Description
This unique private house for a discerning couple combines traditional stone-clad masonry construction, contemporary intelligent lighting and AV systems, and air source heat pump installation serving the house and swimming pool, but with the clients’ particular individual requirements for the interior finishes and external features.
The 350m² house is built on two floors over a basement plant room served by the circular stair turret, together with a detached garage and accommodation block.
Internal features are the post-tensioned stone staircase with cast polished aluminium bullrush balustrading, purpose-made walnut arched doors, tropical aquarium, and distinctive bathrooms.
The external works include a swimming pool, fish pond and waterfall scheme with pump room, a greenhouse and automatic irrigation.
We procured and managed the complete turn-key project, successfully coordinated with constant interaction with the architect, clients and specialist subcontractors and suppliers.
