Project Description

Beckbridge Developments contracted us to build two houses on the site of Chalk House in Guildford Surrey. The site formed the entrance to an old chalk quarry and has stunning views of the quarry and the North Downs.

The four-storey houses are each around 600m² floor area, with basements and rooms in the roofs. They were built in traditional construction with concrete floors at all levels. The houses were fitted out to the highest standards including intelligent lighting, integrated access systems and specialist data and audio systems.
