Kircher Building Services is a family-owned company run by brothers Matthew and David Kircher, who personally manage and direct all contracts. The firm is based in Lightwater, Surrey.

For over 40 years we have offered a wide range of building services; mainly residential work, from extensions and whole-house makeovers through to new builds. We also have experience of commercial and education work.

We take great pride in providing a bespoke service to discerning clients who expect the highest standards of craftsmanship and best practice, combining modern technologies with traditional standards. We have a permanent workforce of highly skilled craftsmen – bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers and decorators – and we pride ourselves in our low turnover of staff, some of our tradesmen having worked with us for over 25 years. We work closely with reliable specialist subcontractors for all other services, secure in the knowledge that they are certified to industry standards.

We value our employees and are committed to an on-going training and development programme in conjunction with the Construction Industry Training Board to ensure best practises. All employees and subcontractors are inducted into our health and safety philosophy, and each site is routinely inspected and audited by an independent health and safety consultant.

We pride ourselves on our ability to produce a high-quality finish, on time, and within budget and believe our attention to detail is second to none.
