We secured this contract after competitive tendering and carried out the complete turnkey project from demolition to landscaping on our first time working with Chris Tizzard and his individual architectural style.
A substantial property with concrete upper floors, high performance windows, controlled lighting and full data and audio systems; the house incorporated a very high specification. The design and construction achieved level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, so incorporated rainwater harvesting, PV panels on the roof, and heat recovery ventilation.
