The construction of this speculative development of two houses for a repeat client is a typical project for us. We are very familiar with the constraints on this type of contract, and work closely with a developer client to ensure that the quality and cost controls are in place to suit the requirements of the funders and warranty providers, as well as the ultimate purchaser. We provide close liaison with the end users to ensure a smooth completion and handover.
