Project Description
The enhancement of this family home to provide additional family space started with the demolition of a garage block, and the re-roofing of the main house, continued with the reconfiguration of internal spaces with full replacement of the services and finishes, and finished with a glazed link block to the new extension with garages and accommodation over.
Fitted furniture, bespoke staircases, added acoustic and thermal insulation, polished concrete floors, and extensive hard landscaping were all incorporated into the scheme, together with a ground source heat pump installation, with eight 125m- deep piles, providing the heating and hot water, as well as serving the pool.
