Project Description

The extension and refurbishment of a beautiful established house to this modern spacious home included complete makeover of the external façades and landscaping with the complete remodelling of the interior. Externally, the tudor features were replaced with modern replicas, large aluminium windows added with a new double height entrance portico, together with new gates and a comprehensive package of new hard and soft landscaping.

The quality of the internal spaces is outstanding, with the fully fitted furniture and new bathrooms finishing included within the contract. A particular feature is the cantilever walnut and glass staircase, and the basalt flooring throughout the ground floor, which extends through to the rear patios.
